Staying the Night After the Fireworks - Recliners and Rest Rooms at Majesty
The Macao International Fireworks Display Contest runs across September and October 2026, staged over the water in front of the Macau Tower. After a display, the least welcome part of the evening is usually the ride back to the hotel. Majesty Spa operates 24 hours, and staying the night is a properly received arrangement rather than an indulgence. The following covers every part of it.
Complimentary: the lobby recliners
After your programme, the lobby recliner area is open at no charge — lights down, blankets ready. As of September 2026, sleeping through to daybreak carries nothing further. This is how most guests spend the night.
In peak season: private rest rooms
During busier months, paid private rest rooms are also opened, offering more privacy and quiet — better for light sleepers or anyone wanting a solid few hours. Numbers are limited; raise it at booking and we confirm whether they are open that day.
How a night runs
Arrive in the evening and bathe, take your programme, eat a round in the dining area — steak and cold beer, with no cap — then return to the recliners in the small hours and wash before leaving in the morning. Therapists are on shift from 14:00 to 06:00, so a late addition fits inside that window.
Getting away from a display night
Roads are congested when a display ends and the city’s kitchens are closing. Majesty Spa receives guests as normal at that hour, with the bath area, lounges and dining all open; in-house dining is included in what you spend inside, so eating on arrival before choosing a programme is the usual order. More than a dozen role-play themed rooms and a KTV party room suit a gathering after the display.
The ride home
When you wake and wish to leave, a message brings the complimentary return car to your hotel, the airport or the ferry pier — as on the way in. As of September 2026 this is among the privileges of booking through this site, alongside the waived entrance fee and one complimentary add-on service. As of September 2026, the board price at Majesty Spa already carries the service charge and the tourism tax, so the figure on the bill is the final figure.
Common questions
Must I say in advance? Not for the recliners; for a private rest room, mention it at booking.
Where do valuables go? Locked in your changing-room locker until you leave.
May I take another programme the next day? Yes — ask reception; as of September 2026 pricing follows that day’s tariff, with the entry Shanghai-style massage at MOP 2,399.
Majesty Spa occupies the first floor of the Harbourview Hotel at Macau Fisherman’s Wharf, a few minutes by car from the ferry terminal. All arrangements follow what Majesty Spa publishes on the day, re-confirmed with you at booking.
